We're BAAAAAACK!

Did you miss us? Mom's all done wif dis summer vacation stuff, young beans are back in school, now it's our turn again!
Which meant we had to go to the V.E.T. the other day.

I did NOT like dat at ALL!

But I was furry smart. *preening*

See? Here's a pic of me, Cheddar, hiding in da V.E.T. office.

Okay, I knows you can't see me, because I am cleverly hiding, but I'm behind da scale.

Colby did not like da V.E.T. either. He tried to climb up the metal fing dat's used for weighing big fat goggies and woofers and he got his claws stuck and Mom had to get him down!

So, we gots out claws trimmed, too.

You know what, though? Fancy didn't mind the V.E.T. at all!

Oh, she didn't like riding in da big van, or being in a carrier (she had to share with Colby, but I got mah own because I'm so floofy).

Dis is me again, being floofy in mah carrier.


But Fancy didn't mind da V.E.T once we got dere. She walked all around da V.E.T. office. Here's a pikshur of Colby watching her. He liked to sit on da scale, when he wasn't huddling wif me in dah corner.

Fancy even--you won't BELIEVE this--*purred* at the V.E.T.!!! And she gave Mom head butts while we were dere, too.

Colby says she's a traitor cat.

But you know what? I fink she's just really brave.

We is furry excited! We had Mom line up all the prizes for the Pet Rescue Raffle, and then we checked them all to make sure they are ready to go!



Ruh roh. Dat was a lot of excitement for kittehs to handle, all that cool stuff. Cheddar disappeared somewhere to take a nap. I, Colby, was responsible and stuck around to help Mom out, but I have to admit I ..ahem..fell asleep, too. BUT! Mom woke me up, and here I am picking the winner!

Our Mom, who has been bloggin' over on her Mommy Blog a LONG time now, on account of she is furry old, has asked some wunnerful beans to help her make a Furry Good Thing happen for all of us woofers and kittehs, bunnies and hampsters and ferrets and gerbils and guinea pigs and, and other animals we has forgotten!

Mom has been very sad with so many kittehs crossing the Rainbow Bridge lately, especially Felix, cause her little kitten Leo had the same horrible nasty disease. (Dis is a pikshur of Leo. He crossed the Rainbow Bridge when he was even younger than we are now, but as you can see he was a furry nice ginger, too.)Mom decided she wanted to do sumfing speshul to help us animals. So she put together a furry BIG raffle, with not just one prize or a few prizes but a HUGE Prize Package with donations from these wunnerful beans, and all the raffle money is goin' to the no-kill shelter where Mom got us purrfect kittehs, The Cheezits!

Now, we wants all of you on the Cat Blogosphere to know about dis raffle, cause you are our bestest furriends, and you can win stuff. And maybe you know sum beans with sum extra green papers lyin' around that want to help animals get rescued, and maybe THEY know sum beans, too, and all of that ends up meaning more green papers for pets at the shelter!

Mom's Back!

Oh boy! Mom is back, and we gots to go in her room and watch the world out of her window, and she gave us treats today for NO reason and we are gettin' lots of attenshun!

Mom was in a place called Callee For Nyah, to meet with other peoples that blog. They didn't have any kitties that blog there, but Mom did see this big funny lookin' woofer called "Raggs" there. Here's a pikshur of him.

We gots very big while Mom was gone. Cheddar has been a big mean old bully and been stealing my toys and I told Mom so. Cheddar says I've been getting him, too, but he lies like that sometimes.

The young bean took good care of us, and so did the Grandma bean, while Mom was gone, but it's good to have her home again!

Teehee! That's really just a jokey fake news story that we mades on the Mike's Hard website, but isn't it cool? You can make your own, too! You just has to be over 21. We found out that you can only send the video through email, but it messes up if you try to link to it or put it on your blog, so we's just took a picture from the "news" story, which says that a kitteh gave a man "paw to mouth" resuscitation and then called an ambulance and meowed into the phoney thing!

P.S. we mades a mistake and put "colby" instead of "cheddar" on the pic. How many of you kittehs noticed it was the wrong name?! Aren't we silly.
